Jollyes pet store have a 2-4-1 offer on the Harringtons Optimum pellets so we bought four bags yesterday...love a bargain...

OH disappeared earlier to get the hay from the farm so I'm pottering outdoors with plants and piggy washing :x and he comes home with some nice fresh farm veggies - so much bigger and cheaper than what we pay in the supermarkets. The Romaine and chicory are huge and I've never seen celery with tops this big before rolleyes
Just to show you why the piggies have their own fridge...;)

The hay bale which costs £5 and is beautiful, green and stalky -c

Forecast lots of popcorning and pancaked piggies this evening ;)

Oooh, I do like a good veggie bargain! The hay looks great too and I love the idea of keeping it in a duvet cover- very clever! :)

Oops somehow I managed to delete my comment - twerp. Anyway here goes again. I saw your tip about hay in a duvet and thought it was brilliant. I looked at my hay strewn all over every time I moved it and thought I'd downsize your idea. I now have tidy hay in a pillowcase, just right for the smaller shop bought bags of hay. Thanks for the idea!

Lucky piggies Trace! But you know it'll be nommed in no time! :))
