It is already 6 years since Nerys and her sister Nia arrived here from the RSPCA Walsall - on another bank holiday Monday. They were both very nervous and had razor sharp baby claws, but with some tlc, they were coming around quickly and soon joined Llewelyn and his elderly wife Dizzy to form the beginnings of my Tribe adventure.
Here are Nerys and her much smaller, but much more energetic sister Nia upon arrival; they were about 10 months old.
Sadly Nia died a year ago, only a few days after her 5th Gotcha Day.
Nerys has been living with her - unrelated - new companion Nesta (on the left) for nearly two years now.
