As you may know, Oreo lost her battle with cancer last night. We took apart the cage last night thinking we were not getting any more piggies for the time being. Well all I did was I went to one of the pet stores to look as I had to go get cat litter. Well..... Next you know I had an instant connection with a piggie. When I held her, I had a range of emotion run over me and I crumpled to sit on the floor with her for snuggles. She was housed mistakenly with a boar so I will watch for a pregnancy. And if there is any babies I have decided to keep the girls and re home the males, that is if there is any babies. Right now she's sleeping after a long long day.

Funny thing is that she was free. They were purchased as a Christmas gift and they were only with the family for a couple of weeks and were taken back. Because of that, the manager said that they cannot be purchased again but be given away if the people were a right fit and had purchased the appropriate cage. Luckily for me, all I needed was a water bottle and I was able to take her home. Now I'm torn on names and need suggestions. I will post some pictures later.

Awww bless her. She is utterly adorable, what a pretty face. Sent to you from your angel pigs. She has found the most amazing home, please keep us updated on her.

:D It looks like her left ear has been chewed a bit, so how about "Chewie"?

PS. In case you are wondering, she is a Coronet, white and silver agouti colour. She is very pretty.

Snowball. She is adorable. My little guy is all black with a white strip up the front of his mane. He looks like Elvis when we
blow him dry. He is so handsome and my kids named him Mr Knight...He is awesome.

Oh - she is so lovely - look at her all chilled - it was obviously meant to be.

She was kissing my nose this morning during our cuddles. I've started a small routine. Snuggles in the morning when I wake up and evening just before I got do my paper route. Just so I can get stuff done during the day. She may be a little skiddish, but she really warmed up to me when I met her. So I guess it was meant to be

I was actually wondering if she was a coronet. I have never seen one let alone had one. She is super soft and yes, I love her markings hehe

She is beautiful! Her name really suits her

She is SO beautiful! I was going to suggest Angel, but Jewel is a pretty name for a pretty piggy :luv:
