Happy times! ...

So after my boys had their huge fall out I decided to divide their cage so they now have a divider down the centre. At first I thought it might be a bad idea because Twix kept pulling at the bars trying to get to Rolo but I thought I would let it ride for a while and I'm glad I did! I haven't heard a single teeth chatter for the whole week their cage has been like this! Both of them are living quite happily next to eachother without any fuss and I'm so relieved and after they both sleep (they sleep at the same time in their own hideys) when they wake up and see one another they instantly start darting round thier cage popcorning! its such a lovely sight and always puts a huge grin on my face in the morning when i see them! will put some piccies up of them soon hopefully !

Whee also had to do this rolleyes and our boys spent most of their day beside the divider chatting away and sleeping beside the divider! Once they had settled down i allowed them playtime together, supervised of course, they did enjoy each others company but just could not live together 24/7 :p

aww ! well I am so happy that my boys are happy! I took Twix out of his section to cuddle a minute ago and Rolo was laying beside the devider looking for Twix, then he started to fall asleep there, it's so good to see them satisfied haha! and aww yes I let them out together when I clean their cage to have some floor time together and keep a close eye on them, they popcorn and play follow the leader ! But I think they just irritated one another when they were together but its good that there is a comprimise for it all it seems we all live to make our animals happy hehe!

hehe although it would of been nice for them to have gotten along together I think I would of been on edge most of the time anyway because I am a worried mother to my boys, I think I would of been on a constant watch to make sure they were continually getting along haha, the divide is such a life saver!x)x) not only are the boys happy but I can relax knowing they are both happy and cant harm one another at all ! |)
