Hard Spot On My Guinea

Hi guys!
Wondering if you can help me?
I've got a 14 weeks old girl guinea pig 'Bella' but last night I noticed she had a spot by her ear left one... It's the size of a small pea it's hard with a white head on it? It's jagged too felt a spikey bit on the side of it! It doesn't seem to be causing her pain as I felt it please help x

It sounds rather like a scab of some sort. You may need to have it checked by vet, in case it has been caused by a fungal problem (ringworm), which is painfully itchy.

You should get her checked by a vet because it's better to be safeties sorry.

I was thinking possible fungal too but it will need a vet to diagnose.
