Hard Tuft At Nose

Hello there. One of our piggies has a sort of tough tuft of hair on his nose. Is this a problem - or is he just in need of a bath?
 
It could be a number of things - boar glue (yes it can get that far), a fungal strip, dirt, or even poo. Can you post a photo?

I tried to upload a photo, but for some reason I can't upload anything.

I think he may just be a dirty wee piggy.
 
See how it is after a bath and post again if it is still the same.
