Has anybody else been able to get the harringtons optimum from asda lately? I usually buy it all the time from there but now it's gone to wagg crunch? Is that the same stuff? Sainsburys is the same they used to sell harringtons but again it's been replaced with wagg?

I too have noticed that Asda have stopped selling Harringtons :( Sainsburys sell Harringtons pellets for rabbits but not Guinea pigs :(

Yeah mine too! It's a complete pain my piggies will only eat harringtons so now it looks like I've got to buy a 10kg bag online! Not impressed!

Yeah asda has definately taken harringtons off the shelves there were two bags just plonked on the floor so I bought them, reduced price £1.24 each!

All mine love the Asda pellets at £2 a bag - I bought the last 3 bags of Harringtons that they had as they are discontinuing it and it was on sale at £1.24

I've just had the same problem with Harringtons, and as my piggy won't touch anything else (tried him on the Asda ones) I did the 20 mile drive to my (local) Waitrose, who apparently stock it. wasted journey, as they do not stock it anymore, but did not update their website (thanks Waitrose). After trips to Pets At Home, Tesco and Sainsburys (Tesco and Sainsburys used to stock it) I decieded to call in to a town on our way home and found that Jolleys keep it in stock, both the 2kg and 10kg bags. Unfortunately, the 2kg bag is £4.29 but at least I know they stock it now.

Ronnie loves the Asda piggy nuggets too, he spends more time hoovering up discarded nuggets from in front of piggy hutch instead of eating his own! :))

I'm still working my way through this huge 10kg bag of Harrington but in the next week or two I'm going to get a bag of the asda pellets to see if they are a hit with my lot too :D I hope they are these big bags are sooooo hard to store!

I've seen harringtons in wilkos too at £3.79 I think it was but it's just another shop to go and visit, so I'm gonna try the asda ones :D The more shops I visit the more I spend :))

Wagg was rebranded to Harringtons perhaps they are branding back... Same company x

I don't like the crunch, I say I ( i don't eat it honest...) I think harringtons used to be called Wagg Optimum

My two girls are on Asda pellets too and they love them! I switched them cold turkey as they were having vetUK/harringtons at the rescue but I couldn't get either in time for them coming home! We had no tummy issues with the switch and after a couple of days of picking at them they started scoffing the lot! At £2 for 2KG it means we can splurge on extra healthy treats/hays etc too

I'm tempted to mix in some burgess mint though just incase Asda stop making their pellets!
