Important please read:Before i tell you todays story, please, please note especially new and younger members do not under any circumstances put your guinea pigs in your dog basket! or leave you dog unattended with your guinea pig. My dog (Wazzle-Dog)and pigs have been introduced slowly over the course of a year (and tara has experienced living with guinea pigs for nine years), she is never left unsupervised with the piggies. Today Harvey jumped into the dog bed which i wasnt expecting! Thank you for reading hope you enjoy!

..........

Today was nail clipping and wash day for the boys which one little piggie called Harvey very much dislikes. He jumped out of my hands from the outhouse and ran off into the kitchen, well i couldnt find him anywhere! Not under the cupboards or the stools.

Not a Harvey in site.

Until that was....

"Oh! Keep her away from my Wazzle-Dog, shes so mean and made my mane all wet and then she cut my toe nails *sob*"

What an odd little pig to jump into the dog bed!

He was curled up, but by the time i switched on my camera he and Tara had moved !

"Shes so mean, sob"
"There there little pig, even big ol' Wazzle-Dogs get washed its not so bad Harv's she does give you a treat after you have been bathed."

"Really? Did you say treat? *sniff* i think i smelt veggies!"
"Yep yep run along Harvey, why do i always get random bed buddys mummy?"

Oh, it reminds me of my old Pickwick pig, she used to go and cuddle up on the dog's back... When my parents used to go away for the weekend, I'd house sit with the piggy and she would spend the whole time in the dog's bed looking miserable like a wet Sunday. And when the dog returned, she'd be her little cheeky self!

:)):)) The doggie looks very surprised by his visitor!

Harvey absoloutly adores Tara, he follows her round in his run when shes in the garden wheeks 'hello' to her on the morning, and Taras just as dotty. She sneaks carrots from the veggie draw into the garden and plonks it by the run! eeee! :))

WOW now that's a clever Tara x)x)x)
no wonder Harv's loves to say hello thru the bars, he's probably saying wheeek wheeeeeek wheeek wheeeek (translated to.....get us some carrots Wazzle Dog) :(|)

x) I want your dog!

Wish my dog was ok with small furries, or even at least not insterested by them :(

When I lived at home and had rabbits as a kid (prior to getting the dog, would never have got them if we had the dog first!) they had to be moved into "the bunny compound" - a fenced off area of the garden with 6ft fences, wire sunken into the floor (to stop the little sod digging under!), bolts, padlocks.... was like fort knox!
