Has Anyone Had Long-term Experience Of Treating A Piggy With Zithromax?

Minky has been on Zithromax for 3 weeks now. I'm sure I read somewhere that they shouldn't be on it long-term. Is there anyone out there who's had long-term experience treating a piggy with Zithromax.

Thanks, I've made another weeks supply of Zithromax solution. Will have to see her vet on Thursday to see about prescription for more & also a revue on her other meds. She's steadily putting weight on but seems to put maybe 25g one day & the next lose 10 to 15g. I'm weighing her after her morning feed each day to get a constant. Her head tilt is still there & she has this sort of ticking motion where her head will slowly move to the left ten jump back to the right. This seems to be when she's getting tired & losing concentration. Overall she's a 100% better than she was 2 weeks ago. I'm raising their run today. It's beenon the floor but I'm buying a large 2m extending table on Preloved so they'l be taking the same floor space but I can store all their bedding, hay etc underneath the table. Sue is going to make some sort of curtain to tidy it up.
