Has baytril made floofy pants lose weight?

24 hours of unlimited pro-C in an extra water bottle and Jezzy floof and has been snuffling up oats and carrots and spinach and hay like a floofy hoover. Weight today 1002g, so she's 50g heavier than on friday and she's zooming about. Think the pro-C and oats have livened everypig up a bit, its happy chaos in the piggy room and Theo is trying to seduce all the ladies plus also some of the furniture!

Hopefully an extra lady will help buffer some of Theo's unlimited boar love :) he's been at the pro-C and the oats too even though at 1.1kg of chunky glossy coated lively husboar he clearly doesnt need them. He was even licking Jezzy's ears and grooming her and she was letting him too! He didnt go too far though and contented himself with humping the cardboard box she'd been sitting in :)

Piggy daddy spilt a bit of critical care on his wrist and she almost sucked his skin off, then she stole the critical care syringe and tried to eat it!
Jezzy has gained a lot of status in the herd by being the piggy who brought an extra hay box and a tasty new drink and breakfast porridge oats into the cage to brighten up the dull winter days! And she has critical care on her whiskers which everypig thinks is just magical, she's getting a lot of kisses from the other piggies :)

I'm now hoping if we can introduce Blodwen pig soon the others will just think she's another cool addition Jezzy brought back from the vets or from critical care feed time... a new hay box, a new drink, a new breakfast cereal, a new piggy isnt too much of a leap right? Especially as I have lots of new fleecy furniture that will go in the cage at the same time as Blod joins the herd... if we get the ringworm all clear on Blod tomorrow I hope to move her straight into the piggy room as a neighbour then try bond them all next saturday... hope, hope, hope!

New piggy clearly isn't too much of a leap after all the other new stuff they have had. I'm sure she'll love being with a herd again:luv: and having piggy friends to chat to. It'll be interesting to see what the others think of her when she is a neighbour.

Hoping Blodwen gets the all clear today
She already did! Its posted in Blod's ringworm thread :) the vet called first thing, I was in bed a bit ill with a bad cold and a sore throat then the vet called and I got straight up and moved Blodwen into the piggy room! She is a next door neighbour now and will meet Jezzy on the sofa for a critical care afternoon tea date when piggy daddy gets home from school :) he doesnt know yet he'll be very excited!
