Hi all, I used to buy t&r hay from here when it was hay4pets and I had bunnies but I see it's been renamed since my last purchase...is buying the big bag overkill for 2 piggies? I was thinking of getting the ings?

Are the smaller bags a better idea? I've only ever ordered the big bags does anyone have any pics of the actual size of the smaller bags? I can't find any info online!

Thanks!

Definitely not overkill. I bought a bag on 07th of September and it's around halfway through but I have used a few small bags of treat hay in between. They eat a lot!

Thank you! I bought pets at home hay and also king Alfa Timothy hay but the piggies don't seem fussed by any of it! The king Alfa is dry and powdery and disappointing!

Big bag of INGS ordered! :tu:

Not sure what your bag sizes are but I buy 4kg bags (for delivery I have to buy 5bags at a time) for my three and each one lasts about 3 weeks being used as bedding and eating. Except the 'sweet green hay' I tried. They won't eat that. Got 2 unopened 3kg bags!

i buy farm bales..20kgs and that lasts me two weeks, get farm bales for approx £3.50~6. 00 pounds a bale.the ings hay from hay 4 pets is very good quality and 9.5 kg bag last me a week !you can never have too much hay !:)

Thanks everyone :) my girls are indoor pigs and on fleece so we only use hay in the litter tray and haybag! 9.5kg should last us a fair while!

INGS arrived this morning...piggies seem less than impressed  hopefully they will be tempted by it soon!
