hay box?

hi i was wondering if this diy hay rack would be ok for guinea pigs because after reading dangerous hay racks and toys i realise i was terribly non educated in the risks in so many items marketed for guinea pigs.
if i make three large holes on the tissue box would it be acceptable and would they be able to get out if stuck

I think that should be ok. They can always chew on the box as well. Just make sure the entrances are big enough for them to pass through without a struggle.
