Recieved a 9kg box of this a couple weeks ago as the piggies were very pleased with the last lot I got (I can't remember whether it was the ings I bought last time but when I purchased the sample bags they tucked into all with gusto). This time they don't seem to be keen on it and as it cost me £18 I am a little concerned as I was hoping it would give my 2 piggies hours of happy munching. Has anyone else experienced this problem, could it be the time of year that effects the hay?

I always get the Ings hay from them and know that the hay qualiy varies from batch to batch and some are not as good as others. I assume it has to do with time of year, what cut of hay it is. Saying that, the not so good batches are few and far in between so never considered changing where I buy it from.

I've had both the meadow and Ings hay from them. The Ings always goes down better with my girls. Maybe the time of year affects it? I haven't bought any for a while.

I agree with above posters - it is a natural product and the batches vary. I get INGs and meadow from hay for pets. The quality is usually very good. I
once had a delivery that I wasn't happy with so I told them and they replaced it.

I've had both the Timothy and Rye, anf the Ings. both of lovely quality, but the batches can vary. The Ings is the best in my opinion.

Ive just resived my latest lot of pets at home hay and my boys seem to like the ings the best too :) this bag looks different so I'm guessing it's the time of year also
