Just a little heads up.

The main packer and sender of INGS from hay for pets is now away on hols for 2 weeks.

Her son is dealing with all orders but he works all day so any orders will be processed in the evening ob delaying delivery.

When I order it takes normally 3 days from start to finish but I ordered 2 days ago and have not had any dispatch confirmation as yet.

Just so others as aware in case of delays. I have ordered another pack from elsewhere for now before I run out.

Oh , I was lucky then - I received my delivery of INGs as anticipated on Wednesday last week. I like the hay from dustfreehay too so would recommend this website to everyone.

Dust free hay is excellent but my boys love the INGS more than anything else.

They will prob moan at me on Monday now lol. Was feeding them 3 varieties once but they kept leaving everything else and just eating the INGS so alas I caved in and started buying the 9.5 kg bags.

I got the sample bags from Hay for Pets. My girls went mad for the Ings hay over the others

Just to let you know, I ordered my hay from Hay For Pets on Saturday and it arrived this afternoon (Tuesday)
