Hi Ive been advised that using a 32tlr tote is too small for two female adult sows but I see alot of people using litter trays for cats and these? So I'm baffled to if I need to change to something else! I have used these with no problems at all for a year now and Diyed entrances so they could get in and out with no problems. Are these still okay or is there better suggestions?

I have kitten litter trays (as I have an older pig )the sides are lower so he can still jump in and out

I use large 60x60cm gravel trays which have a 5cm side, with a puppy pad and some shavings and then loads of hay. It’s big enough for my pairs to both fit on without any scrapping and they spend most of their time in there.

I just put all the hay on the floor of the cage and let mine sleep in it, play in it, wee and poop in it, strew it all one the cage and, of course, eat it.
Mine are very good hay modellers so we have tunnels and arches as well.

I use two kitten litter trays which have a low side on one end. As soon as their larger enclosure is ready I will be adding in at least one 32 litre under bed storage box lined with news paper and hay.

They currently have half a cage of hay and half of fleece and both halves have newspaper on the floor.
