So Jezebel was diagnosed with very mild hay mites today (or literally 1 visible mite plus a tiny bald patch and 3 small scabs) is it worth treating the rest of the herd with Xeno just to be sure she wont get reinfected? The vet said no need but when I see the other piggies scratching a bit I kind of want to blitz them all with ivermectin and F10 the cage and boil wash everything...

It is up to you to be honest, we don't always treat when one of our has had mites. I would say keep an eye and if any sign of others having it then do it
