Hay Not Delivered

I recently placed a large order for food and thimathy hay at a well known on line animal feed
Supplier, when l phoned to find out what the hold up was his wife said he was on his dinner
And to phone back after 1 noon , but the phone is saying it is no longer taking calls ?

Anyone else have in problems ?
I am not mentioning the name in case it is a "genuine" hold up
 
That's a bit worrying. I am waiting until April to order some more hay from my usual supplier. I hope it's not the same as yours @gizzy. I normally pay by Pay Pal and I believe I should get my money back from them should a supplier fail to send items.
I hope you are covered for any payment you have made for your unfulfilled order.
But as you say there may be a genuine hold up but it does sound dicey with the phone no longer taking calls.
 
ive not had problems with my recent hay orders from dust free hay or timothy hay co.uk.i know some ,members have had issues with the of the quality of the hay from another well known hay supplier @gizzy. i hope your order appears, it is not pleasant when you have paid good money.Hope you used paypal or credit card then you have more redress if it does not appear.Seapets went into administration last sept 2016,hope it is not them.:no:

Thanks guys , It had turned up , they left the package by the weily bind and one of my neabours took it in there house as it had stated to rain
