Should be fine, just sounds like bad quality. Its damp hay you need to look out for.Just opened a pack of hay it's the timothy hay from P@H
And it seems very dry and sharp almost looks like straw as it's yellow and has little green to it.
Is this OK? Piggies seem to be eating it. But just checking

Do you have a farm that sells hay near you? I get the sweetest smelling best organic green hay from a farm about half an hour from my house for 6 quid a farm bale.
Wouldn't there stuff be more dusty and have a higher risk of pests?
