Lately my piggy hasn't been eating as much hay as he should. I thought I'll buy some "nice tasting" hay to get him to eat more. Any suggestions on what hays guinea pigs prefer? Or are they all the same? Right now I'm offering him Orchard Hay.

They aren’t all the same - hays have different flavours depending on what grasses they are from.
it’s going to be personal preference. I use meadow hay primarily now.

Are his weight checks showing he is losing weight due to not eating enough?

He hasn't been losing weight, but I'm mainly concerned for his teeth. He needs to keep chewing to keep them filed down. Thanks for your reply, I'll have to try a few hays with him to see what he likes.

If he isn’t losing weight then he is eating enough and his teeth should be fine. Fresh grass, if he has access to, also wears the teeth
Sometimes it’s not even a different type of hay, it’s just that batch which isn’t up to their desires!
