Like many others on here I order my meadow hay from HayBox on subscription. My latest subscription was due to be processed today. However I’ve had an email saying my payment card has been declined due to an issue with changing my address or card details. Since I’ve not changed card or address I was mystified, but did as instructed and went into my account - the details were unchanged and all correct.
So I have called and spoken to a lovely chap who tells me he’s had loads of emails and calls today saying the same thing. The problem seems to be a server issue their end and it will be fixed overnight. There’s no issue with my card or address - just their server. He’s assured me they will try again tomorrow and will deliver on Wednesday.
All very confusing.
