Flame is being a pain in the neck.

He will eat all his veggies but will not touch his dried food and his hay just ends on the floor...

Do I syringe feed or try a different food...
The other two eat all of theres...

I have checked his toothy pegs and his back ones as mentioned by the late great Peter Gurney and all are ok

I would say check his mouth and teeth. If he is favoring softer foods. Maybe a problem in his mouth.

As for syringing feeding I try to leave it as a last resort so they do not become lazy and dependent on it.

Or it could be very selective eating in which case I would remove veg and hay for 24 hours and see what he eats and also stick to pellet food

I would firstly have his teeth checked by a vet.
If he has no problems with his mouth, I'd say it's probably selective feeding. Some guineas are just picky eaters. Do you use a pellet food? This don't allow for selective feeding. Limit his vegetables and hay as has been suggested and don't give in..if he's healthy he WILL eat his dried food. Syringe feeding really is something you don't want to be doing unless he's not eating at all.

these damn little piggies need a shrink!mallethead

They are so fussy.... grrrr

But we love them so much, don't we...x)

If it's behavioural don't worry. A healthy pig won't starve himself for too long :))
