Head falling down

my Honey girls head is falling downwards, almost like your grandad has fallen asleep on the sofa but her eyes are wide open and then she lies down.. its not head tilt as its straight down rather than one side.. otherwise acting normal and eating.

Have you looked to see if there is an absess or tumour under the chin area? My boar got like this when he had that. He had bushy hair, wasnt obvious until i felt it
 
Please have her vet checked tomorrow if it continues. There can be several causes.
