one of my boars looks like he has a bit of a tilted head. He carries it slightly to the left. I don't know what this is, but he's been doing it for about 3 days now.

any ideas what this is?

Hi! Please have any head tilt checked by a vet promptly tomorrow.

Mostly frequently, they are being cause by an ear infection, but it can also be stroke, neurological problems, a build up or ear wax, ear mites etc. Only a vet will be able to judge which applies and how to treat it appropriately. An ear infection requires an antibiotic.

It could just be an ear infection but either way a vet visit wouldn't go amiss :) hope everything is ok

I would agree that he needs to be seen by a vet to identify the cause and to give the correct treatment. If it is an infection or mites then he stands a good chance with prompt treatment of a return to full health and wellbeing. You can literally see them straightening up before your eyes. If left untreated it can become permanent and as I understand it can carry risks of problems with eyes and teeth, too. So best let the vet take a look and decide how best to treat it. Please let us know how you get on.
