Head tilt?

I know it’s probably unlikely. But do you think my guinea pigs head looks slightly tilted? It’s driving me bonkers lol.. he’s same weight as two days ago , nothing else I’ve noticed. It may just be my eyes and being a little paranoid as he has been a little poorly recently

Sorry for all the photos lol just trying to get a clear picture for you guys but I don’t think he has a head tilt after looking carefully just think I’m one paranoid pig mum lol will keep an eye on him though
