I noticed my guinea pig walking around with her head tilted to one side, i've checked her ears with a torch but i can't see anything wrong with them. Is there anything else that their could be wrong with her and what should i do:(

There are several things that could cause head tilt in a guinea pig, but it is simply not possible to diagnose those over the internet.
Please make an appointment with a piggy savvy vet as soon as possible, and hopefully it will be easily treated as it sounds like you have caught it early.

Welcome to the forum
As @Swissgreys has said, you need to go to a vet.
Is there a good exotic vet near you?
I hope all goes well- please keep us posted

All the best at the vets! Head tilts can be caused by an ear infection, ear mites or wax, e. cuniculi, blindness or a neurological issue. They need a hands-on examination.
