My guinea pig (over 1 year old) had just recently ran into his cage by accident and started squealing really loud so I went to go grab him and check if he was ok and he was still screaming. After like 4 days I took him outside so he can run around and eat and he started walking wobbly and his head was tilted to the right when he walked. Does anybody know what it could be I would appreciate any tips that could help my little piggy thank you!

I agree with @Betsy
It sounds like your guinea pig has really injured himself, and needs to see a vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Please have your piggy vet checked promptly!

He is likely to have badly injured himself, has been in a lot of pain and is certainly not right, nor obviously getting right by himself without any medical care. :(

The right to vet care, being free of pain and spared any unnecessary suffering is one of the five legally confirmed animal freedoms; and that basically means vet care when needed.

There are no cheap pets; they have as many feelings, including pain, as you!
You have to save up for vet care as part of the weekly living cost from the start so you can afford to any pet in your care to be seen by a vet at any time as an emergency or during illness.
