Head tilting when eating?

This morning when I gave Penny her pellets, I noticed that she tilted her head and mouth back and forth when eating. I've also witnessed it at dinner time just a bit ago. She's never done this before. What could this mean?
(She already has a vet appt. coming up and I will ask the vet about this too)
 
Could be something stuck in the teeth maybe or an ear infection. But its only when she eats so bit strange. Glad you have her booked in.
 
I was thinking ear infection... Coukd be extra painful because of the constant jaw movement, causing the tilting head...
 
She hasn't done it since I posted this thread! Her vet appointment is Thursday and I will ask what might've caused the head tilting
