I syringe Lily some Pro C Probiotic each day, as she rarely drinks out of her water bottle and she is prone to cystitis. At the end of each syringe, she has started to do a strange jerking with her head. Please see the video below (0.22 seconds in). She has been eating normally and not losing weight. Please can anyone advise what might be wrong. Thanks.

 
It looks like she has some issues with swallowing to me.

Do you know what might be causing it? I haven't seen her doing this when eating pellets or hay. She doesn't do it every time I syringe her the drink, but she's doing it a lot.
