My poor Honey is really not well at the moment, she is not eating or pooing and is very sluggish. She has the vets later so please can everyone send lots of healing wheeks, am so worried about her.

She is a heart pig and I think the recent humid weather has really got to her and she just can't be bothered to do anything, especially eat. We have been syringe feeding her but we need the vet to check for any blockages etc.

Will update later when we are back.

Oh poor Honey! Healing wheeks from me and my gang. Hope she pulls through soon x

Hope you feel much better soon, keeping fingers and paws crossed for a speedy recovery xx

She is the same. Had to wait ages at the vets but she confirmed that it isn't bloat but she could feel a small lump, however as they were running over half an hour late they could not do an x-ray today so she is booked in for tomorrow evening and if the lump is still there they will do an x-ray without sedation. She had a shot of Metclopromide too but not a large one as they wanted to see what the lump was first.

Hope tomorrows visit goes ok, it's awful having to wait.

Hope Honey picks up a bit soon x

Thank you, she is on my Niagara massage pad at the moment.

Thank you, she is not much better today, will see what the vet appointment brings. Is basically gut stasis. Am finishing work early to get home and syringe feed her and get her to the vets.

Latest update, Honey is still suffering from what has turned out to be bloat. We have been to the vets three days running and will be back there tomorrow as they are reviewing her on a daily basis. She is still being syringe fed continually and going on the massage pad as often as possible. She has had Metaclopromide each day at the vets too and an x-ray which showed up a lot of gas. She may have to have the gas aspirated but that will be a real last resort and the vets would prefer to treat with medication for now.

BIG HUG

Poor girl! I hope that you can pull her through. Bloat is a nasty thing to have!

You and your vet are doing everything possible.

Poor Girl - I hope she improves soon. At least you know she doesn't have a blockage.

Sending lots of healing wheeks! X
