Hai i got a guinea pig a few days ago she has had two previouse owners she is very scared but doing better but she has a bald spot on her back and i dont know what it is its not irritated or looks like it hurts and she dosent scracht it can it be from stress cuz shes a female i was searching things and it said something about stress in female piggs and they bite there hair off

You would need a microscope to see whether the hair is broken at skin level (chewed by the piggy) or fallen/pulled out. There are a number of things that can cause hair loss such as mites, lice, hormonal issues, tumours - basically the hair loss is generally a sign of some form of discomfort. It would be best to go to a vet for a check over and see what's going on with her

Hi! Please see a vet. It is likely mange mites, but it could also be a fungal infection. The two need different treatment. Please do not treat on spec, and especially do not treat with cheap, low dosed broad spectrum shop brands. It is better to go for good quality treatment and get on top of it once and for all and not prolong her suffering unnecessarily with your tinkering. It sounds like she has been failed badly already.
