Hi all, i decided to make a thread so it would be easier for me to collect information for my assignment, i am needing to do this on many animal species.

What i need to know is How to give a health check on the Guinea pigs -

- ears
- eyes/auditory
- mouth
- coat condition
- skin
- nails
- feet
- nasal cavity
- bottom
- tail
- Respiration
- Pulse
- Temperature
- Limbs
- Stance/Movement
- Weight
- Behavior
- Urine/faeces
- Eating/Drinking

I Also need to know how to give veterinary attention such as nail clipping and medication if needed.

How to sex a Guinea pig

How to groom a Guinea pig

- how i should approach the animal
- how the animal should be handled/restrained
- What legislation controls handling
- what equipment is needed
- why the equipment is used

Preferably answer this if you know the majority of answers to the questions as it will make it easier for me to collect information and then to perform all these on Friday for my assignment.

I really do appreciate anyone who answers as you will be helping me achieve so much - Thank you!
