Health Checks?

The lady at pets at home said we would need to give the guineas a weekly health check at home. What are the steps involved? She did go through them in the shop but there was so much to remember on that day. We have done a lot of research and know some of the steps but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything as I want to make sure they're ok.

Obviously you have found a really good sales assistant at p@h, which makes a welcome change! We usually hear much more of problems from bad advice.
