I always health check my piggies whenever i can and when i cleaned all there cages out today i health checked them all over 1 by 1 as usual and i always write down if i see anything wrong and today i wrote down like 4 things normally its none or one on the odd occasion :(

I have baby Rio with a broken bottom tooth on the left hand side
Spikes right ear has like a whitish colour to it so may be a fungi infection or something
Rolo has mites ::) his hair is rough
Teddy and Cremz have been fighting and both have a few cuts around there mouth and nose

ALL this :( :o i am going to sort these problems out tomorrow and see what i can do :)

i always check mine when i am grooming them or at cuddles time and i too write it in a book. hoping you sort your fur babies out. :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: sending you hugs and cuddles :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: and the girls send :-* :-* :-* to your fur babies.

Ahhh thanks :-* :D

Checked the piggies that need attention and baby rios bottom tooth has fell out now so should grow back soon :)
Others are fine and i just have to order some creams and that now from GG O0

yeah it all seems to come at once doesn't it :( hoping your babies get better :-* i always give mine a health check every week too and when they come out for cuddles and floor time, i can usually spot if one of them's not right O0

Hope your little ones are better soon, Just wondered how you health check them?, I do mine but just wondered if I could be missing anything out and is there anything to look out for. :) :) :) :)

well i look at eyes, nose, mouth, in ears, at nails, at feet, hair and skin and bottom, just a general check over making sure everything's normal O0 also if you get them out regularly and watch them you'd soon know if one wasn't right i think O0

Yep cavy loves got it ;D

I check eyes first then nose, teeth then ears O0

I then go one to check his body weight and feel there whole body for scratches, lumps, bumps or wounds :)

then trim their nails which none of them mind me doing :D

I then do the boars bits :P ;D
