My Guinea Pig Is Not Hearing Anything.Head Tilt And I Had Use Ear Drop Medicine From VET.Now Head Not Tilting But She Not Hearing.

Glad that the head tilt has gone.

I am very sorry, but if your guinea pig has suffered hearing loss there is nothing that can be done. It will either come back on its own eventually or it won't.
