Heart warming story

So I was looking at the Facebook page of the rescue where I got Belle and Rapunzel and I saw a woman had left a review of the rescue about how she was too sick to take care of her piggies and was so happy to find a good rescue that would find them homes. It sounded just like the story of their owner so I sent the lady a message on Facebook. She immediately messaged back and asked me to call her! She was crying, happy relieved tears I think, and said that she was so glad that I found her. She said letting them go was one of the hardest things she ever had to do, but she knew she was too sick to give them the care they needed. We talked for awhile and I told her all about my other piggies and I got to hear the history of Rapunzel and Belle. They are 2 year old sisters, I was told they were mother and daughter. She actually worked at the hospital where Rapunzel and I volunteer for 20 years! We are Facebook friends now so she can follow Rapunzel and Belle and take comfort in knowing they are pampered piggies in their new home. I wasn’t sure if I should contact her or not, but I knew if it was me I would want to know my piggies were loved.

What a lovely story. I know the background of Ellen as she was born in rescue, the same as late Erin but I would love to have found out more about some.of my.previous piggies as I'm lucky that apart from Eleaner, the others hadn't been mistreated.

I'm sure the lady is thrilled that they've come to live with you and your family
