Heartbroken

I am absolutely heartbroken. My guinea pig daisy died today. I know she was a good age at 8 years old, but it doesn't stop me going to pieces. I can't stop crying

Oh I'm so sorry you lost Daisy, that is a very long time to be in love with your girl and you must be feeling awful. The fact that she was such a good age is testament to your love and care but I know that is little comfort during grief. I hope she passed peacefully and I'm sending you a big virtual hug ❤ x

Hi Debbie, I can only imagine how you feel. My lovely Sweep passed away suddenly 6 of March leaving us devastated and his brother lonely.
He was only 3,5 years old. I love him to bits. Now we are looking for a new companion for Sooty. I hope we can quickly find the right match before he
will break down... I'm sending you lots of love...

Awwwwww, thank you.
I still have loads of tears.
I will have to get another guinea pig, as I feel empty. I am like a crumbling mess at the mo xx

Oh no, I am very sorry for your loss too. He was a young age. I will have to get another guinea pig soon, I feel so empty and heartbroken. Hope you will find a friend for sooty xx

Totally normal and understandable. She'll always be in your heart though (sorry that will probably make you cry more

). Just take your time until you feel ready for a new little pig.....nothing quite like it to heal the heart ❤ xx

Its really hard. I fully understand how you must be feeling.
I believe and know we will meet our beloved pets again one day. Love binds us to them forever.
