In my Guinea Pig's shed mainly! LOL
Finally got a heat pad.. yay! :D
Pigs aren't quite used to it yet, and seem to be circling around it lol, bless them.

Anyway, the lady at p@h (we all know what they're like!) said to put hay ontop, which I would have done anyway to try and create extra warmth and levels to snuggle in.. but then when I felt the hay it seemed warm.
So was just wondering is it okay for guinea pigs to eat the hay that's a bit warm? It won't loose any nutrients, will it?

Thanks guys.. so happy now they can try and stay a little bit warmer as the weathers plummeting!

I have some of them and they are great!
It's fine for piggies to eat warm hay, no nutrients are lost until it reaches 45 (ish) degrees
but I find the piggies burrow below the hay to sit on the warmness :))
