Ive just ordered ditto one of these snugglesafe heatpads off amazon, there quite expensive but now my little mans 4 i feel he needs a little extra tlc :) , are they any good and do they stay warm for as long as they say they do? I guess I'm asking for reviews folks so get tapping :)

There's been quite a few posts about heat pads, Time of the year, but I think Mary posted about zooplus having an offer on, I bought mine from their with the introductory 10% discount as well.

Snuggle safes are great, and yes they last a long time.

Yes, I find mine amazing. I DID have 2, but I "lent" one to my mum because one of her rabbits went into stasis and she liked it so much I never got it back rolleyes

They stay very warm and in fact, none of my animals get to use mine very often :red I take it to bed with me, because it's still cosy in the morning, whereas I have to get up and refill a hot water bottle if I wake up in the night.

Best money I ever spent, find it really useful if any of the animals are poorly just to give them that extra bit of warmth :)

i got one for my two piggies but they dont seem to like it. they wont go anywhere near it and its not too hot as i always check it :{

Mine love them too! Well, I don't think Oscar's encountered one yet, but he's a canny lad, so I'm sure he'll join the girls in their snugglesafe appreciation. They do stay warm for hours on end - I definitely think they're worth the price tag, especially as they last for years! :)

i think they're great and keep their heat really well. if you put them under fleece or vet bed they keep their warmth even longer and are more snuggly to lie on. they are not cheap but it is money well spent. :)

I find heat pads are way too hot and my piggies are fleece diggers! So I came up with a pillow that fits a heat pad. It's made out of fleece and is £2.50! Email me at [email protected] for pics!

My friend uses these for her pigboys & they love it, she has a job getting them to move their butts off it to get it out!

I've used snugglesafes for a few years now, but for my little feral cat who won't come in the house, and has a kennel in my garden. In the worst of winter I change it three times a day, and the warmth remains for around 6-7 hours. I think they're marvellous.

I bought my 2 new ones from Zooplus on offer, with a first time buyer discount, and paid around the same for 2 as one of my original ones had cost.

I have one for my piggies. :) I hide it under their hay in the bedroom area. They don't sit on the heatpad but it heats up the hutch! I also have one for my bunnies. They were only £12 each from VetUK but I bought them last year but I believe the price has gone up a bit now?

Thanks all i suspect ditto will love his heatpad, i paid 15 quid off amazon, i originally saw the pads in pets@home and i was not prepared to pay 22 quid for one!

I have 2 but not needing them with the heater in the shed, I have tried them they stay warm for around 6 hours I would say :)
