hmmmm just went out to take a photo and it had disappeared. Audrina was licking her eye earlier, that probably shifted it :p

A few of my pigs have had this, it's usually just the tissues that sit under the eyelid slipping out for some reason. Errol had this a while back, it disappeared of its own accord then returned and vanished again this week. He does have very fatty eyelids, it seems a little bit of the tissues slip out from under the eyelid.
Actual swelling of these tissues (a more permanent lump/generalised swelling/inflamed tissues) can sometimes suggest a foreign body stuck in the eye/eyelids e.g. a hay seed.

Your description sounds like fatty eye. It is an unsightly, but harmless condition.

Plausible thought Wiebke, but fatty eye wouldn't go away on its own. 
the photo in this thread looks like Heidi's, I checked her again this morning and it wasn't there again, she might have scratched her eye and dislodged it.
