Hello again eveyone its Hannah_lg here i used to post a year or so agomy lilly gave brith twice to 8 little babies
well one of them has died today it was ruby we think it was somthing to do with her eyes as she was bron with red eyes but 3 months ago there turned to a lilec colour (ruby was a lilac colour guinea pig) i took her to the vets who is a great vet he had never seen a guinea with that colour eyes etc he look at her for about 20 or so min when i took her she fell allseep. He gave her some injection and said ifstart to change back to red to bring her back but there didnt.
anyways never changed back but she was still her nroamly lazy sleepy self and her eyes wasnt sore or runny or red or anything.
ruby has allways been diffrent to the others (i have 12 well now 11) she was allways very sleelpy only woke up to eat then back to sleep. she ate fine. but she hated the sun and the cold. she was allaways in her bedroom keeping warm she was allways really worm when we picked her up etc
so we know it was nothing to do with how cold it is outside
but poor lilly (her mummy) ruby was the only one of babies who she really bonded with (5 of them was boys anyways) ruby was allways cuddled up by her mummy etc her sister who also lived with them lilly gets on with her fine but i have never really seen them cuddle up to each other tho sit next to each other yet so will be intresting to see if there start cuddling togther. Lilly dosent liker her other doughter she lives with my 2 other girls
anyways ruby will be missed so much she will be bruied in the gradan with 4 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs. i have lots of pictures tho to look a tho
