So do guinea pig balls swell at all because my guinea pig has had big balls sence we got home and we did not notice and it been like half a year now since we go him

Male guinea pigs do tend to have noticeable testicles, yes and I would only worry if they seem abnormal at all- I.e reddening, uneven, broken skin etc. If you are worried, see a vet but once through the 'teenage' stage, their testicles do drop and you'll see them seem bigger.
