Hi!
You are likely dealing with ringworm, which can appear on other parts of the body once the thousands of invisible spores spread around and infect other piggies or other spots on the body as they are picked up from the bedding or from interacting. The incubation period between infection and actual outbreak is 10-14 days for ringworm.
However, without seeing what you are dealing with, we cannot diagnose and our guesses are as good as yours.
There is also the possibility that the second spot can be mange mites. A pregnant sow's immune system is under major pressure and she is much less able to fend off opportunists like fungal infections or skin parasites.
Please do not treat on spec without exactly knowing what you are up against, and do NOT treat with cheap, low dosed and ineffective shop products, which do not cure and ultimately only prolong the suffering. In the extreme, that can kill.
What you REALLY need is a proper diagnosis, proper treatment and vet grade disinfection.
Ringworm is the most aggressive and transmittable form of a fungal infection whose spores can stay live for up to 18 months and easily infect humans and other pets as well.
Mange mites that burrow their eggs in the increasingly inflamed and painful skin can kill (a slow and truly
agonising death) if left un- or undertreated.
Neither will disappear on their own and things are going to get only worse if left untreated or undertreated. Getting on top of them properly will only get more expensive the further advanced an outbreak is.
