My piggy has been on Meloxicam and Gabapentin (we live in the USA) for last 3 years , she has had problems with cystitis and urinary tracks (polips) peeing blood and big pain now. Her doctor is afraid if they add some other meds to it , it will be done for her. I read on here that Buscopan could help her with pain, but there is no Buscopan in the USA. only in CA and Europe . Does anyone know where online I could order it? Or what are other pain meds for her. thanks so much.

Buscopan is used for relaxing the gut and bowel in humans, it can be bought over the counter here in the UK. I strongly advise you not to self administer human meds to your pets, it’s extremely dangerous and it may alter or damage the bacteria that piggie needs for digestion.
I would take her back to the vet to see if they can up her painkillers

I completely agree with @Bill & Ted. Please do not give her any other medication without a vet’s advice. It would be very dangerous to do so. If you aren’t happy with the treatment your vet is providing, then we can only advise that you speak to another vet
