i came home from work today and noticed this on one of my guinea pigs as it brushing day I have no idea what it is can someone help me

Hi and welcome

It is difficult to say from your picture whether you are dealing with a congested grease gland or something else. If it is not a grease gland, then you may want to see a vet.
Here is information on grease glands; both genders have them. They are generally more active in boars, but can occasionally also cause trouble in sows.
