hi all,

Hope someone can help me as I'm really concerned.

I received some chrysanthemums today and caught Barney too late eating the leaves. They were store bought so more than anything I'm worried that they may have been sprayed with something.

Is there anything I should do or do I need to wait and see if it's affected him? How long would it take for it to be out of his system as he seems OK immediately afterwards?

Thanks in advance x

Please keep an eye on him for the next day, but he will hopefully perfectly OK.

Hi, l remember a long wile ago, at a piggy function meeting a long standing piggy keeper, who was also a qualified pharmacist and homoeopathic plants expert!
Anyway she told me that the majority of plants are harmless to guinea pigs if eaten in moderation
