Basically i have found correx/chloroplast but can it be in a4 size and stickk together some how or need to be big sheet ? How big a sheet do i need for a 4 x 2 c and c ? x

I think A4 bits stuck together would be flimsy. I got two door sized sheets from phs teacrate and make two bases and put one inside the other to make it thicker, hope this helps x

I have mine in one piece and I have it flat as I have two cages joined together, my first one had sides on It but they chewed them off so now have it to protect the floor only and keep it flat and peg the fleece onto the sides. A4 pieces wouldn't work as bits would drop through them and wouldn't protect much. One sheet would do you for a 4x2 cage with some left over for a loft if you wanted :)

Ring around your local signmakers. That's what I have always done.

I just made a cage a week or so ago and I got a 4mm thick piece which was 8ft by 4ft for £10 and I just about got it in my estate car and got it home undamaged. They gave me the choice of colours I wanted too - local signmakers can either point you in the right direction locally or offer it themselves.
