Hello everyone like 10 mins ago my guinea pig was in his cage he wanted to get out he was biting the cage very hard and dragging it the all of a sudden he wheeked and fell and got very very scared and niw I'm crying i really dont knkw whats wrong with him he is eating but he is very scared

Has he hurt his teeth by pulling on the bars? Or do you mean he got a fright?
If he has been spooked please turn the light off and leave him alone in the quiet for a while to let him calm down.
If you think he hurt his mouth; please make sure he can still eat and drink.

Yes he can still eat he still eats hay and pellets and veggies but i really dont know it was very fast he was just biting his cage and out of nowhere he wheeked loudly slipt and fell from his cage stairs and then he started to be scared i am really worried about him
If he was still acting scared today then you should have him checked by a vet, especially since you say he fell down from his ramp. He shouldn't still be spooked by now, unless he is in pain which is making him hide.

No i dont he is not very scared but i leave the cage open and he dosent want to come out wheni go close to him hes not scared ots only when i stroke hom he does like little scary wheeks but he looks fine he still walks and everythin
It's hard for me to advise when I don't really know what's going on I'm afraid.
All I can suggest is you monitor his weight to make sure he is eating and drinking normally, monitor his weeing and pooing and general demeanour. If any of them aren't normal for him then you should take him to a vet for examination

I would take him to the vet, just to be on the safe side!
