I'm not an expert or anything, but maybe he is still just settling in. Guinea pigs are sociable animals and like to live in groups, so perhaps you could/should consider getting him a friend.
I hope this helps,

Just a word of caution I don't know how old your other one is but be careful when you introduce them as they might not like each other introduce slowly
When I got Lennie he was 6 months old and it took about a month before he trusted me and started running around. He is now king of the household ;D Be very cautious introducing another male. Your best chance of sucess (depending how hold Elvis is) is to get a baby boar of around 5-6 weeks old. He is more likely to accept him. Have a look at the barmy4boars website for loads of info on bonding boars. Be patient with Elvis. Speak softly to him, don't make sudden movements when picking him up, offer his favourite treat to tempt him to come to you and get down near his level. Let us know how you get on!
Introduction to a new boar should be taken slowly and on neutral territory - new smells for the best introduction. That way it's not like it's all their place first.
Agree with what ever one has said about introducing two boars, the only thing I will add is make sure it is a boar. Shops often mis-sex guineas. Like lavenderjade has said the barmy4boars website has a lot of useful information. Welcome to the forum.
