Junior Guinea Pig
Since Mummy moved us into the house the other day, its been great - nice and warm, lots of snuggles, extra treats from Dad etc - until today. Mum says I'm a bit wiffy (well, I am a boy) and maybe I'm due a bath. OMG, a bath! So, no sooner said than done, there I am being plunged into a bowl of water and covered in this horrible smelly stuff, then I had to endure water being poured over me to get the smelly stuff off. I'm really not happy with this, and I think my face says it all ...
At least Mummy had the decency to dry me off nicely, and I suppose I did enjoy the brush and cuddles afterwards. She's threatening to grab me again later for a manicure grrrr
Mummy's side of the story: Basically, Spike stunk so had a bath and he's now nice and clean and smells good enough to eat. A sprig of parsley should help with his sulking
I think I'll let Smudge off for today as he's not so bad, but soon ...
