help my guinea pig paw is bleeding and it really hurts him he lifts it up and hes not touching anything with it only when he walks i can tell it really hurts him but i dont know what to do hes still eating but i want to do something about it

Found out it was just a scratch on one of the fingers but a scratch quite hard t made him bleed a little bit the finger is not swallen its justt abit red but hes walking eating and jumping perfectly fine now
